A mattress, a box spring and a frame are separate items. Photograph everything that needs to go so your quote includes it all. You can book for a single mattress, or ask about several from the same home. If you are keeping the frame or a second mattress, say so in the text; the pickup should cover only the items you want removed.
Plan around delivery and access
If a new mattress is being delivered, ask the seller whether old mattress removal is included before booking another pickup. If it is not, text us the timing you need along with photos.
