Getting rid of junk in Gulf Shores
City debris pickup is for single family homes
Gulf Shores picks up yard debris, cardboard, old furniture and appliances weekly on your route day. Only single family homes qualify; businesses, condos and hotels don't. Set items out the night before or by 6:15 a.m.
The Beach Rental District
South of 2nd Avenue, Republic picks up garbage twice a week, Monday and Thursday. Regular garbage still doesn't cover a worn out sofa or a stack of mattresses after a refresh.
Condos and rental turnovers
Since condos don't get the city debris truck, condo owners and managers need a hauler or a dumpster. We take a few pieces or a full trailer, and we confirm the price before anything is loaded.
